The floor plans will provide a mix of one-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath layouts that offer generous amounts of square footage.

The design also includes refreshed lobby finishes in the current public areas which include the basement, first, and second floors. These changes will bring new energy to the building’s arrival experience while honoring its historic character.
