Boulevard Place is a multifamily development set to rise in downtown Oklahoma City, with construction anticipated to begin in 2026. Located adjacent to the OKC Convention Center parking garage and the Omni Hotel, the project strengthens the connection between the convention campus and the Core-to-Shore district, activating a prominent urban edge with pedestrian-focused design.
The development includes 261 residential units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, many with private balconies. Designed to wrap the north side of the Convention Center garage, Boulevard Place transforms existing infrastructure into an active street frontage with resident amenities and occupied balconies.
A series of interconnected courtyards forms the social core of the community, featuring a pool, landscaped lawn areas, and a dog park, while maintaining strong visual and physical connections to surrounding downtown destinations.
Architecturally, the building bridges its context through warm six-story brick columns, cooler gray elements, and articulated balcony detailing that enhance the pedestrian experience. Chamfered corners and prominent wood-accented balconies further anchor the building within its urban setting.
Boulevard Place represents the first mid-rise residential development in Oklahoma City in decades, completing the redevelopment of formerly blighted land between the Chesapeake Energy Arena and Interstate 40.
