The Moxie Apartments is a thoughtfully designed multifamily community coming to Tulsa, created to help support the city’s continued growth and the increasing demand for quality housing across the state. As Oklahoma communities continue to expand, projects like Moxie play an important role in providing modern, accessible living options for individuals, professionals, and families alike.

This new residential development will feature 156 thoughtfully planned units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floorplans designed to accommodate a wide range of lifestyles and household needs. Select units will also include private balconies, creating an added connection between indoor living and outdoor space.

Beyond the residences themselves, Moxie is centered around comfort, convenience, and community. Residents will have access to a wide variety of modern amenities including a fully equipped fitness center, coworking space, tenant storage, pet spa, secure package reception and food delivery drop area, as well as gated and secure parking.
