Lafe Ledbetter

Lafe recently graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and is eager to begin growing his career in the industry. When entering college, he knew he wanted to pursue mechanical engineering, but it was through courses like Thermodynamics and hands-on experience during his internship, he discovered a strong interest in HVAC design and mechanical systems. That experience ultimately led him to where he is today.

Lafe enjoys being part of work that directly impacts the local community and values the opportunity to provide quality engineering within his city. He excels in understanding mechanical systems and how they integrate into overall building design. His background with HVAC equipment and manufacturing processes has given him a strong foundation in mechanical system operation and practical design solutions.

When he’s not here at work, you can usually find Lafe on the golf course, out fishing, or spending time with his family.
