Westgate Park Residential is a new housing development coming to west Oklahoma City. The development is amenity focused nestling 15 residential buildings around intimate parks and activities. The amenities are anchored by the spacious clubhouse which includes workout spaces, lounge space, multi-purpose community room, and a large outdoor pool. Other site amenities include large & small dog parks, beer garden, fire pits, grill areas, basketball court, tennis court, and volleyball court. John was project principal & mechanical engineer, Isaac was project manager, Kendra was design architect, and Sarah was project architect on the project while at their previous firm. Tradesman is performing construction administration on the project.
